**Job Description:**

We are seeking a creative and versatile Digital Content Specialist to join our Brand & Content team. This role is critical in supporting the growth of our business as we expand in Australia and the US.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support campaigns across core business pillars and help scale our marketing capacity.
  • Create and distribute content across social, email, web, and video platforms.
  • Write and edit compelling copy for different formats including blogs, video scripts, social captions, and email campaigns.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create content that educates, supports, and activates customers.
  • Capture customer insights and stories to bring authenticity into campaigns and content outputs.
  • Report on content performance, analyse results, and share insights to continuously improve channel impact.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience creating and distributing social media and digital content.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
  • A solid understanding of how content works across website, social, email, and blog formats.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like CapCut and Canva for editing, designing, and producing digital content.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or another CMS/email platform.
