About the Role

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to lead high volume hiring and delivery of Associate labour through daily vendor management and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agency Management including relationship and maintenance of pool integrity
  • Management of Labour Order Fill rate
  • End to end Green Badge pool management requiring partnership with Operations and delivering the daily fill rates and providing all required information
  • Ability to interpret data and provide business reports
  • Partnership with WFS leadership to support community groups to leverage grassroots sourcing channels to develop talent communities to fill positions
  • Must be able to travel as needed to conduct events in various locations within your designated Node or assigned geographical area

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with 3+ years of human resources experience and expertise in HR processes and systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management
  • Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
