Role Description

The role of the Social Media Specialist at a dynamic marketing and communications team offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to brand communication with a focus on social media.

  • Curating a global social shopping experience and managing social commerce initiatives
  • Monitoring social channels daily and reporting on performance metrics

Additional requirements include:

  • Developing and managing social media campaigns
  • Supporting social media management
  • Managing social community engagement
  • Supporting store opening activities with a social media strategy

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of social media experience including planning and managing content
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their features
