Personal Banking Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Personal Banking Team. As a Personal Banking Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and guiding your team to do the same.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coaching and empowering team members to provide personalized customer service.
  • Guiding customers through financial solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Promoting our products and services in a proactive and community-focused way.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service and sales.
  • Effective communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks.
  • High school certificate or similar qualification.
  • Desirable: Financial experience, Lending experience, Previous experience with Business Banking.
