Job Overview

A high-performing Quality Assurance Lead is required to establish and oversee the Quality Assurance function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Quality Assurance team, ownership of product quality metrics.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives for successful customer outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain the Quality Assurance testing framework and methodology.
  • Assess, communicate, and allocate triaged defects via level three support.
  • Design and implement Quality Assurance tests for functional, load, scale, performance, etc.
  • Stay informed about security vulnerabilities and tooling updates.
  • Prepare artefacts for release approval and collaborate with other teams to meet quality standards.
  • Conduct Performance and Development Reviews for team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of software project experience.
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated leadership or team lead experience.
  • Initiative, autonomy, and adaptability in a changing business environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Jira, GIT, and endpoint security products.
  • End-to-end testing experience and familiarity with Windows, Linux, and macOS.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Playwright, Cypress, TestComplete, Bitbucket, and Postman.
