Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at our Albany Home. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and supporting positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures
  • Administer medication safely and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Engage with residents on a daily basis and provide emotional support
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months nursing experience in an Aged Care environment in Australia
  • Current AHPRA Registration and NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance
  • Proof of COVID and Flu vaccination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work morning and afternoon shifts across the week
