This part-time role involves working in the classroom for two days a week, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive school environment.
In addition to classroom teaching, trainees will participate in teaching rounds and tailored professional development activities coordinated by the CITE Alliance.
Key QualificationsApplicants must be currently enrolled in or planning to enrol in a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Master of Teaching (M.Teach) course at Eastern College Australia or Christian Heritage College.
Goals Of The Alliance- To provide Biblically formed graduate teachers.
- To present pre-service teachers with a model of initial teacher education that is grounded in a Christian worldview.
- To ensure pre-service teachers are trained in best practice and ready to teach at the end of their studies.
- To contribute to the growth of teaching and learning capacity across the Christian education sector.
