At the forefront of HVAC system maintenance and servicing, we are seeking a skilled professional to join our team. In this full-time role based in Brisbane, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the optimal performance of commercial heating ventilation and air conditioning systems for clients in the area.

About the Position

This key role involves conducting regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance tasks, installing new equipment as required, and maintaining accurate records of all work performed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough inspections and maintenance activities to ensure HVAC systems operate at peak efficiency
  • Diagnosing complex equipment issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
  • Executing preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and optimize system performance
  • Installing new equipment and components as needed to support client requirements
  • Maintaining detailed records of all work performed, including equipment serviced and maintenance activities undertaken

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Formal qualifications in HVAC air conditioning or refrigeration (e.g. Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration)
  • QLD Restricted Electrical License as a minimum
  • Demonstrated experience as a service or maintenance technician preferably within the HVAC industry
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client sites is essential for this role. A commitment to safety and proactive risk management is also expected.
