Relocation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to relocate household goods safely and efficiently. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving vehicles, loading and unloading, and providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive vehicles to relocate household goods in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Assist with loading and unloading, focusing on safety and efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Work collaboratively with an offsider and follow on-the-job training from the operations team.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid heavy vehicle licence with at least 6 months' experience.
  • Be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
  • Possess strong communication skills and a knack for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Bonus points for prior experience in relocation or removals.
