Job Description

The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director, ensuring the smooth operation of the division.

As a pivotal member of the team, you will manage the Executive Director's diary and inbox, scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms and video conferencing facilities, and preparing meeting papers.

  • Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing briefings and correspondence to ensure timely action and accurate record keeping.
  • Provide administrative support across a range of corporate service functions.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to foster positive relationships and support a collaborative team environment.
