Cloud Project Manager Job DescriptionAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Project Manager to lead multiple complex customer projects, driving delivery across organizational boundaries and ensuring successful project outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, develop detailed project plans, manage resources, budget, cost, time, quality, risks, milestones, and other constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cloud migration, digital transformation, and complex technology implementation projects for external clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
  • Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance project delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cloud project management, preferably in IT delivery projects such as cloud migrations, digital transformations, and complex implementations.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, managing priorities and deadlines while maintaining open communication channels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical background in pre-sales, information technology, or computer science.
