Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide a friendly and professional greeting to all customers.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Product Preparation
    • Prepare and package deli products to meet customer needs.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Inventory Management
    • Receive and stock deli products in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Rotate and merchandise stock to ensure a fresh and appealing display.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Essential Experience
    • Previous experience in a deli or customer service role.
    • Exceptional customer service skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Desirable Skills
    • Knowledge of food safety and handling practices.
    • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25kg).
    • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
