Music Educator Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished music educator to teach instrumental music tuition skills and demonstrate capacity to employ flexible and adaptive approaches to allow students to reach their maximum potential.

The successful applicant will be responsible for building and retaining instrumental music student enrolments through contemporary, relevant and stimulating repertoire for both instrumental and ensemble programs. A high level of knowledge of music curricula is essential as well as the ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with students, parents, colleagues and the broader school community.

This role provides a unique opportunity for a dedicated and skilled music educator to make a lasting impact on our students' lives and contribute to the development of a comprehensive, challenging, academic and technically enhanced curriculum that prepares students for their VCE years and maximizes their tertiary education options.

The position requires a sophisticated, technologically well-equipped environment which supports the delivery of high-quality learning and teaching programs. Our emphasis on excellence in teaching and learning ensures that students have opportunities for personal growth through involvement in a wide range of extra-curricular programs and student leadership opportunities.

A strong and motivated Student Representative Council ensures that student voice is heard, and we host various events throughout the year, including a Student Talent Show.
