Job Title: Home Support Assistant

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they receive the support they need to live their lives with dignity and independence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing domestic assistance, supporting residents to continue living well and positively, and engaging in social activities. This includes:

  • Providing domestic assistance to residents, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Supporting residents to continue living well and positively, such as assisting with transportation, home maintenance, and other daily tasks
  • Engaging in social activities with residents, such as participating in hobbies, games, or other leisure activities

Requirements:

  • Experience in Aged Care or similar field, i.e., cleaning/housekeeping
  • Availability to work various shifts across different days
  • Valid working rights in Australia (passport, birth certificate, etc.)
  • Police Check (valid within the last 3 years or willingness to obtain)
  • Own vehicle/license
  • Evidence of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations
  • Experience in care role highly regarded
  • Willingness to obtain Flu Shot
