Technical Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to employees across various locations, ensuring that all IT systems and equipment are functioning optimally. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or on-site visits

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • ITIL Foundation certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic knowledge of network protocols and TCP/IP
  • Ability to learn new technologies and procedures quickly
