About the Role

This role requires an individual with a strong foundation in DCW engineering and field operations within CSG or large-scale, multi-well field development environments. Collaboration and leadership skills are essential, as well as a proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safety Leadership: Drive HSE improvements across DCW operations by implementing the IGAS HSE Plan, supporting frontline teams, and conducting safety leadership visits on-site
  • Operational Planning and Execution: Plan and execute minor workovers and rigless operations with a focus on efficiency and high standards
  • Optimisation and Innovation: Lead and support projects aimed at engineering and operational optimisation to enhance field performance
  • Technical Collaboration and Compliance: Work closely with the Brisbane DCW Engineering team on well design, planning workshops, peer reviews, and technical assurance to maintain well program compliance
  • Field Operations Support: Serve as a key point of contact for operational support to the DCW Superintendent while on roster, including on-site supervision of well operations when required

About You

To excel in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in DCW field operations and well artificial lift systems, such as PCP and beam pump applications. Frontline safety leadership experience with a strong commitment to HSE practices is also required.
