About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with leading Partners Melita Cottrell and Adam Roberts, advising on complex transactions in corporate finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, and property finance. You will have the opportunity to work with major domestic and offshore lenders, borrowers, and sponsors, as well as other pre-eminent Partners and senior lawyers across the Finance, Real Estate, and Corporate practice groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical advice on a range of banking and finance matters, leveraging your expertise to drive client success.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative solutions, ensuring seamless execution of complex transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying your knowledge to drive business outcomes and improve client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in delivering technical advice on banking and finance matters, preferably in a top-tier law firm environment.
  • An excellent academic record, coupled with strong legal skills and a practical mindset.
  • A proactive approach, with a desire to be an integral member of our leading and supportive team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
