About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on the CBESS project in Collie. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all electrical works are carried out in accordance with drawings, scope of works, company standards, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all personnel maintain safe systems of work.
  • Plan activities in accordance with standards and minimize inefficiencies.
  • Direct and coordinate the workforce for electrical requirements of the contract.
  • Understand risk management, quality assurance, and control.
  • Participate in safety investigations, reporting, and discussions.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance audits.
  • Liaise with client and contractor representatives.
  • Monitor relevant site instructions to ensure costs are captured and agreed to.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will have at least 3 years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor in the heavy construction industry and hold your WA electrical license. You will have well-developed leadership skills, strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills, and a high level of commitment to safety.

Requirements

  • Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Well-developed numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-functioning team.
  • You must hold a white Card and valid driver's license.
