Responsibilities
As a Medical Practitioner - Occupational Health Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting, reviewing, and reporting on various health assessments, including Defence Force Recruiting, occupational health assessments, acute injury treatment, and travel medicine. You will also provide skin screening and immunisations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Medical Practitioner, with a minimum of 5 years' broad medical experience in a health system comparable to Australia. You will also require excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a current Working With Children Check, and current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAD009) certification.
