Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Secondary Science Teacher to join our team at St Catherine's Catholic College Singleton.

About the Role

This is a temporary full-time position available from 24 February to 18 May 2025. As a Secondary Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality science education to students in Years 7-12.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging science lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote academic growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum programs that align with Catholic Education principles
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture that supports student wellbeing
Requirements
  • Qualifications as a four-year trained teacher
  • Active NESA Accreditation
  • Current paid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) number
  • Completion of anaphylaxis training
  • Completion of CPR training
