Agency Sales Growth Leader VIC

As a senior sales leader, you'll have the opportunity to drive revenue growth while building meaningful partnerships that truly make a difference.
You'll be responsible for leading our agency sales strategy, working closely with a talented team of sales managers to not just meet targets but exceed them. You'll drive revenue growth, develop strong external agency relationships, collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative advertising solutions, and identify new business opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, loves the fast-paced world of digital media, and wants to be part of a mission-driven organization that's changing the landscape for women and girls across Australia.
- Drive revenue growth and consistently exceed monthly sales targets across the Melbourne agency territory
- Lead and develop a team of high-performing sales managers while building strong external agency relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative, integrated advertising solutions
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to grow our footprint with agencies and clients
You bring 15+ years of experience in digital media sales with at least 7+ years of leadership experience across multiple sales streams (agency, direct, independent). You have a proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive commercial results, possess strong existing relationships across Melbourne media agencies, excellent pitch, negotiation, and communication skills, and a strategic mindset to identify market opportunities and drive innovation.
