Job Description

This role requires creating, maintaining, and reviewing accurate master data in SG Fleet systems, including vehicle pricing and data from third-party providers. You will be responsible for developing commercial pricing initiatives, sourcing vehicle discounts, producing mass quotations, and completing mid-lease changes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and maintain relevant fields in Master Data within SG Fleet operating systems
  • Maintain and monitor SG Fleet Pricing modules, implementing updates and developing tools as required
  • Assist in auditing tools outside of SG Fleet operating systems, monitoring customer requirements, and ensuring business rule compliance
  • Analyze and report on existing pricing methodologies and structures, providing insights for continuous improvement
  • Support timely, accurate mass quotations, sale and leaseback loading, fleet takeovers, and tender processes for new vehicles
  • Complete reviews and manage changes to calculations and pricing to ensure system accuracy for make/model data, leasing services costs, and mid-lease changes
Requirements
  • Strong technical and numerical skills for working with financial data
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, taking ownership of issues to timely resolution
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $90,000 - $110,000 AUD, depending on location and experience. In addition to your base salary, you can enjoy various benefits, including flexible work arrangements, education support, and a comprehensive health and wellbeing program.
