OSH Coordinator

About the Role

As an OSH Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft.
• Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
• Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with children.
• Strong and clear communication skills.
• Team player with a desire to become a service leader.
• Hold or willing to obtain a national police check and a state check for working with children.
• Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with children in OSHC per ACECQA.
• Australian work rights.
