Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable web applications.

This key role will involve architecting, designing, and developing robust, secure, and user-friendly platforms that integrate health & wellness, patient management, and telehealth functionalities.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of projects from conception to deployment and beyond, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Lead the development of a robust, secure, and user-friendly platform that integrates health & wellness, patient management, and telehealth functionalities.
  • Take full ownership of projects, from conception to deployment and beyond, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define technical solutions and product roadmaps.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices in software engineering.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as an engineer.
  • Proficiency across TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
  • Familiarity with security best practices, compliance (HIPAA, GDPR), and data privacy regulations.
  • Strong bias towards testing, with experience in implementing unit and integration tests.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
  • Experience in alternative medicine, digital health solutions or highly regulated industries is desirable.
