We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team at Marsh in Tasmania. This role will be based in the Hobart office and will involve working with corporate clients to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing portfolios of accounts, ensuring high-quality customer service is always provided. They will work closely with other brokers across Tasmania and support junior colleagues as needed.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Achieve agreed service standards consistently.
  • Foster effective relationships with key client decision-makers and stay up-to-date on any changes.
  • Take a proactive approach to account management and service delivery, identifying and meeting client needs.
  • Implement successful retention and defence strategies.
  • Maintain awareness of complex claim-related matters and assist claims colleagues in negotiating equitable settlements.
  • Stay informed about major classes of general insurance and technical developments.
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in managing corporate client accounts.
  • A Tier 1 FSRA qualification.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A motivation for delivering exceptional client service.
