Job OverviewCompare Club is seeking a Customer Experience Marketing Strategist to join our Member Experience team. In this role, you will develop end-to-end customer journeys for engagement, conversion, retention, growth, and re-activation across channels like email, SMS, in-app messaging, push notifications, and more. You will collaborate with data, product, sales, and brand teams to optimize cross-channel workflows, converting new users into long-term members.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement multi-channel end-to-end customer journeys for engagement, retention, growth, and re-activation lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, retargeting, etc.)
- Daily management and leading multi-channel plans to increase customer conversion, LTV, build lasting customer relationships, drive engagement, retention, and personalization
- Apply customer segmentation and marketing automation tools to deliver personalized customer marketing journeys across multiple touchpoints
- Develop, brief, and test new campaigns to improve key KPIs (OR, CTR, engagement, conversion), using rigorous testing strategy (A/B and multivariate tests) to optimize program performance and gain insights into customer segments across channels.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign results across all channels to understand the efficacy of strategies and tactics for improving engagement and retention. Work with the Data Analysis team to understand the lift of campaigns against critical metrics
- Collaborate with sales, content, and other stakeholders to enhance customer engagement, ensure consistent messaging, and optimize campaign performance and audience segmentation.
- Define measurable metrics and regularly review campaigns against strategic objectives
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Automation and have worked with platforms such as Braze, Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, or similar
- Familiar with concepts from direct marketing, customer journey mapping, persona building, and can apply them in creative production
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, develop insights, optimize campaigns, and enhance the overall customer experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and stay organized while overseeing campaign execution across multiple products
- Ability to understand customer pain points and develop solutions to remediate
- Self-motivated, positive attitude. Collaborative, curious, and unafraid to share insights that push the team towards continuous improvement
- Bonus: Familiar with loyalty/rewards programs
- Bonus: Basic HTML/CSS email templates to be compatible with different email clients, browsers, and mobile devices
Estimated Salary: AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum
