SOE/EUC Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled SOE/EUC Engineer to join our team at Green Light, a leading IT services business in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) environment to support modern desktop management co-management with Intune.

• Maintain and improve the MECM environment to support modern desktop management co-management with Intune
• Automate desktop deployments, reduce deployment time, and standardize images and Autopilot
• Packaging, building, testing, and deploying various applications for Windows 11 devices
• Experience mandatory on OSD/MDT and Zero touch deployments
• Building and maintaining desktop images, producing, and employing Group Policy Objects (administrative templates for Intune) to manage the environment
• Deploying designing, deploying, managing, and configuring virtual and physical workstation environments using Windows 11, etc. using Zero Touch or Lite Touch or User Driven Installation capabilities
• Desktop application deployment, including building packages to install Office or other LOB corporate applications
• Maintain and troubleshoot OS deployments when using MECM
• Update and enhance OS deployments to be automated for MECM
• Maintain and troubleshoot OS deployments when using Intune/Autopilot
• Update and enhance OS deployments to be automated for Intune/Autopilot

• Has experience in MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) environment
• Automate desktop deployments, reduce deployment time, and standardize images and Autopilot Experience
• Experience mandatory on OSD/MDT and Zero touch deployments
• Modern Microsoft Windows SOE Development & Deployment
• Proven experience with Microsoft Active Directory
• Microsoft Deployment Toolkit & Windows Deployment Services
• Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Implementation & Maintenance
• Microsoft Windows Installer and App-V Experience
• Powershell scripting knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of systems maintenance and security vulnerability management
• Good communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
