About the JobYou'll be responsible for leading the accounting function for a business unit, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a full end-to-end role and make a significant impact on the organization's financial performance.
In this position, you'll:
- Oversee the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis of variances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as AR/AP and commercial stakeholders, to drive process improvements and lift standards.
- Support wider finance projects, allowing senior team members to focus on strategic initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- CA or CPA qualification, with three to five years' post-qualification experience.
- Strong technical accounting skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
