About the Role

At our organisation, we're seeking a Leader in Data-Driven Excellence to spearhead our Airports Analytics team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving business outcomes through data-driven decision-making.

Your primary objective will be to lead a high-performing team of analysts, overseeing the execution of management reporting cadence and extracting actionable insights from large datasets. You'll play a pivotal role in solving complex business challenges and developing best practice solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent people management and leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and development of a highly specialised team. They'll also have highly developed conceptual, analytical, business, and financial acumen, as well as experience working with complex data sets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team of analysts in executing management reporting cadence
  • Extract actionable insights from large datasets and develop best practice solutions
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges and drive results

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a data-driven environment
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring
  • Highly developed conceptual, analytical, business, and financial acumen
  • Experience working with complex data sets and extracting insights
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, Finance, or relevant industry experience
