About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lawyer to join our esteemed Real Estate team at CU Services Pty Limited.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Partners and senior members to manage property transactions, foster engaging client relationships, and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a broad range of property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and property development work.
  • Work closely with senior members of the team to deliver high-quality legal advice and services to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including government clients, to provide robust legal advice and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and success in the Real Estate team.
  • Collaborate with other practice areas, such as Corporate, Major Projects & Construction, and Environment & Sustainable Development, to deliver integrated legal services to clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a leading Property practice.
  • Strong LLB or JD academic results.
  • Experience across a broad range of property transactions and a strong legal grasp of key principles relevant to real estate.
  • Experience within the NSW jurisdiction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Passion for working in a team and mentoring Graduate Lawyers and Summer Clerks.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and approach work in a collaborative manner.
