Restaurant Management Role

In this dynamic and hands-on position, you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant General Manager in creating an energetic and positive work environment for all Team Members.

This role is ideal for those looking to further their career and gain experience within front-line management of a successful international organisation.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in Quick Service Restaurant or hospitality industry and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Restaurant General Manager in leading and motivating the team
  • E nsure smooth daily operations and foster a positive and energetic work environment
Required Skills:
  • Proven ability to engage, lead and motivate Team Members
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and interpersonal
  • Valid driver's license and competent computer skills
