National Key Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse customer relationships and business issues to assess competitive positioning
- Plan and validate strategic objectives and proposals for key accounts
- Identify and involve team members in account plan design and implementation
- Facilitate global communication, cross-team collaboration, and coordination
- Identify growth opportunities to expand portfolio
- Lead sales teams and sales processes aligned with customer decision-making
- Maintain relationships with key decision-makers and develop trust
- Organise and review and generate executive summaries of account plans
- Improve profitability and growth potential
- Strengthen contract portfolios, ensuring long-term partnerships
- Analyse and drive the offer review process, and validate contracts according to sales policies
- Provide regular updates on sales performance
Requirements
- Extensive working experience in a commercial field, ideally in a global organisation
- Strong commercial skills, ideally with an industrial background
- Business development skills: demonstrable experience exploring new opportunities and different layers of a business
- Government interaction/negotiation experience (desirable)
- Highly driven and self-motivated/self-driven
- Negotiation experience with contracts, offers, and price reviews (who can sell solutions and share our needs to clients)
- Stakeholder engagement
- A highly driven, self-motivated attitude
