About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic team members to work in our cafe, serving staff, patients, and visitors in a welcoming atmosphere. Shifts run daily from 6.45am to 7pm and are 4–8 hours. Availability across all days of the week and shifts is required to support the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a commercial espresso coffee machine and prepare various coffees for customers
  • Use a Point of Sale system and handle cash accurately
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Prioritise workload to meet tight time schedules
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and manual handling
Requirements
  • Experience using a commercial espresso coffee machine and making a range of coffees in a hospitality environment
  • Experience with Point of Sale / cash handling
  • Outstanding people skills and ability to build rapport
  • A commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Well-organised with ability to prioritise tasks
  • Strong awareness of food safety and WHS standards
