Automation Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Architect to lead our enterprise-level automation initiatives. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing comprehensive automation strategies using various tools like Selenium, Rest Assured, TOSCA, HPMC, UFT etc.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of automation tools, frameworks, and methodologies, as well as experience in leading teams and mentoring junior engineers.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality automation solutions that meet the changing technology landscape.

  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts using languages such as Java, Python, and Perl.

  • Design and implement automated testing solutions for large-scale enterprises using tools like Selenium, UFT One, Playwright, and REST Assured.

  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate automation testing into their workflows.

  • Mentor junior engineers on automation best practices and lead by example.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in automation and quality engineering.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for automation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
  • Experience with automation tools like Selenium, UFT One, Playwright, and REST Assured.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
