This direct leadership role will see you supporting the Nurse Unit Manager and acting as a professional resource, leader, and support person for your fellow team members, and to provide patients with a high standard of dedicated and specialized care.
As a Clinical Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional patient care and support
- Leading and mentoring junior team members
- Participating in floor coordination and ensuring smooth operations
- Collaborating with the Nurse Unit Manager to achieve team goals
