Personal Care Support Associate - Respite and Dementia Care

This is a great opportunity to provide exceptional support and care to individuals in need, promoting their well-being and dignity.

We are seeking a skilled Personal Care Support Associate who can assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming, ensuring the comfort and respect of our residents at all times.

About The Role

As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing quality personal and emotional care, supporting residents with mobility issues, monitoring their health and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records of care provided.

Collaboration with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals will be essential in ensuring the best possible care for our residents. A strong focus on communication and teamwork is required.

Requirements

Relevant qualifications or certifications in aged care or a related field are essential. You must also possess excellent communication skills, be adaptable and passionate about providing exceptional care.

Australian Working Rights and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) are also required.
