Advanced Speech Therapist Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech pathology and the ability to work with clients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose communication disorders in children and adults
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve communication skills
- Work with clients who have a range of conditions, including autism, Down syndrome, and cerebral palsy
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A master's degree in speech-language pathology or a related field
- Current certification as a speech-language pathologist
- At least 3 years of experience working in a clinical setting
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
