Business Litigation Expertise: Advancing Client Interests

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our Disputes and Investigations Practice.

Your Role

Collaborate with experienced lawyers across offices, working closely with Partners and the team to gain exposure to complex market work.

You will advise clients from various sectors, including government, mining, energy, banking, and infrastructure, on significant commercial litigation matters for leading ASX entities and government.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Commercial litigation expertise in Australia's high-stakes market
  • Cross-border litigation and restructuring for major corporates
  • Large-scale insolvency, restructuring, and workouts for banks and accounting firms
  • Investigations, including regulatory and government inquiries

This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid working (60% in-office) offering flexibility and value.

About You

Key qualifications include experience in commercial litigation and/or corporate insolvency at a leading Australian or international firm, ability to manage matters, develop client relationships, and participate in business development.
