Contract Horticultural Trainer Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and experienced trainers to join our team to facilitate our Certificate III in Horticulture (AHC30716) qualification. As a contract trainer, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic training to students, supporting them through their pathway, and marking their assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality training to students, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Support students throughout their learning journey, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and complete relevant surveys as required.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or willingness to upskill/gain this qualification.
  • Significant work experience in Horticulture or Agriculture.
  • Possession of a Working with Children Check.
  • Able to deliver engaging virtual training via Zoom.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
