We are seeking a motivated Parts Sales Representative to join our friendly team at our Wongan Hills Branch.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will promote and sell parts and services to meet customer needs while focusing on continuously improving our market share. Responsibilities include providing advice and recommendations, supplying the Service Department with parts as required, and assisting with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays in the branch showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell parts and services to meet customer needs
  • Foster continuous improvement of our market share
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
  • Supply the Service Department with parts as required
  • Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays in the branch showroom
  • Participate in inward and outward stock control
  • Order parts timely and maintain effective communication with customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have relevant experience in a similar industry and possess computer skills for accurate data entry and record-keeping with attention to detail. Exceptional customer relations skills are also essential.
