This role involves providing administrative support for Mental Health Act functions at Sunshine Coast Mental Health Services.

The successful applicant will utilise knowledge of the Mental Health Act 2016 to provide advice on its interpretation and application to mental health staff across the District/Network.

In collaboration with clinical staff, they will ensure accurate and secure client records are maintained and stored in accordance with the Mental Health Act 2016 and Chief Psychiatrist policies.

The role entails scrutinising and monitoring Mental Health Act 2016 documents to identify errors and returning them to clinicians for remedial action.
