About The Role

This exciting opportunity is seeking a highly motivated and agile Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operations at two 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes in West Sydney. As a dedicated coach and mentor, you will support a team of Disability Support Workers to develop and implement best practices.

Facing unique challenges every day, this role presents the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and support a dedicated team who want to see them succeed.

  • Lead, support, and supervise a team of Disability Support Workers.
  • Coordinate care and services to the people we support in each SIL home.
  • Manage SIL home resources, including shared spaces, assets, and vehicles.
  • Ensure safe work practices at your site with a risk awareness and management focus.
  • Achieve the goals set by the people we support, ensuring they have choice and control in their own home.
  • Maintain current documentation and relevant plans.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships.
  • Provide on-call support (shared roster approximately 2-3 times a year).

Criteria and Experience:
  • Essential: experience working with complex behaviours in the sector.
  • Confidence and ability to coach and mentor staff to reach their full potential.
  • Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer technology skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship building skills.
  • Above-average written and verbal communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annumBenefits
