The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Officer to join our growing Group Credit team. As a hands-on role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing debt and credit for a portfolio of brands. This position offers flexible work-from-home options once in-office training is complete.

Key Responsibilities

  • Activate new clients and perform credit checks on prospective clients
  • Cash receipting and allocations as required
  • Liaise with operations and collection calls when necessary
  • Monthly client reporting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the Group
  • Reduce overdue levels in the portfolio

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a drive to deliver results and be a highly organized and efficient individual. Ideally, you will have:

  • Experience in credit control or Accounts Receivable roles
  • Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2009 and Excel skills
  • Outstanding communication skills and a passion for problem-solving
  • Strong time management skills and a proven history of meeting deadlines
  • A positive attitude, self-starter, and someone who thrives in a supportive team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize while building positive internal and external relationships

Estimated Salary

$85,000 - $105,000 per annum, based on location and experience. We offer a competitive remuneration package that reflects your value to our organization.
