We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrician to join our team as a Leading Hand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of electricians to deliver electrical services to clients
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within budget and time frames
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations
- Train and support electrical apprentices to develop their skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of the team and the company through sharing knowledge and best practices
- Minimum 3 years A Grade Electrical experience
- Service and maintenance experience
- Ability to liaise with clients and deliver solutions that meet their needs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and team members
- Will to work overtime where required
- Passion for delivering high-quality electrical services
