Visual Content Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to support the post-production process, ensuring all content meets quality standards. You will work closely with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality eCommerce content.
About the Role:- Support the post-production process by reviewing content for adherence to style guides and quality standards.
- Prepare content from suppliers and in-house teams, flagging any issues and providing clear feedback.
- Manage post-production tasks including reviewing, backing up, exporting, and delivering files to relevant teams.
- Assist with image export, colour correction, and retouching using Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Edit short-form video content for the website using Adobe Premiere/Rush.
- Collaborate with offshore retouching suppliers to ensure timely delivery of files.
- Respond to day-to-day image-related requests from internal teams in a professional manner.
- Regularly review website content for issues and rectify or escalate as needed.
- Experience working in image manipulation and colour correction.
- Intermediate level knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop/Bridge/Lightroom) and Capture One Enterprise.
- Knowledge of studio, lighting, and photography processes.
- Intermediate computer literacy, including Mac and PC operating systems and Microsoft programs.
- eCommerce digital operations experience is highly desirable.
- PIM and DAM system experience is highly desirable.
- Data entry/analysis background is beneficial.
