Accounting Clerk Position

This role is responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable team and external customers. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate in Accounting or equivalent experience, preferably in a retail organisation with demonstrated skills in Collection and Accounts Receivable functions.
The successful applicant will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with others.
The position involves responding to customer queries, investigating overdue accounts, and maintaining accurate aging of debtor's ledger. Additionally, the candidate will be required to communicate effectively with branch staff and external parties.
A high level of attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role. The successful candidate will have a mindset for continuous improvement and be willing to adapt to changing circumstances.
