We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter. As a key member of our customer-focused team, you will be responsible for setting appointments with potential customers to discuss our solar electrical services.

About the Role

  • Utilize your exceptional sales and negotiation skills to build relationships with customers and set appointments for our team to discuss our services.
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of appointments.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our solar electrical services and be able to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly appointment targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or sales role, preferably in a results-driven environment.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and close deals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A dedicated and noise-free home office with a fast internet connection.
  • A resilient and optimistic attitude, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
