We are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver quality care services and support individuals in their chosen activities. This role involves working with clients' individual care plans, promoting independence, and maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care services in accordance with client care plans.
- Provide ongoing support to individuals in their daily activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy.
- Promote clients' independence and well-being.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience working with people with disabilities.
- A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive remuneration package including:
- A starting hourly rate of $27.62 (rate may vary based on qualifications and experience).
- A 25% loading and 11% superannuation guarantee.
In addition to the above, you will need to:
- Hold a current police check.
- Have a First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Obtain an NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
