Sunday Volunteer Retail Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sunday Retail Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting and categorizing donations
- Pricing, hanging, and displaying stock
- Filling shop displays from excess in the backroom
- Processing sales on the point-of-sale computer, including cash and electronic funds transfer (EFT) transactions
- Providing excellent customer service, greeting, and assisting customers
- Maintaining an organized and tidy backroom
- Organizing returns to be sent back to the warehouse
- General housekeeping duties
About the Role:
This is a volunteer role that offers training for new and existing volunteers. Morning and afternoon shifts are available seven days a week.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.
