About the Role
This key HR Systems Administrator role reports directly to the People Services Business Partner. The primary responsibilities include providing administrative support across UKGReady and PageUp systems. You will work closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
A typical day might involve:
- Providing support as the first point of contact for managers, team members, and candidates regarding people systems-related queries, escalating where necessary
- Administering employment contracts, variations, and maintaining all associated documentation within the employee lifecycle and employee file
- Tracking and monitoring completion of HR activities, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee changes (e.g., variations)
- Employment and Masterfile validation control checks
- Timesheet and exception auditing and follow-up
- Maintaining cross-system data consistency with expert attention to detail
